1. What type of services do you offer?
We offer many types of services to both residential and commerical customers such as: vinyl siding, glass enclosures, screen enclosures, windows, and gutters.

2. Is there a charge for an estimate?
Most estimates are free, however certain projects such as major remodels are best approached with a design-build agreement.

3. Will I need to be home for the estimate?
Yes, we like to talk to with the homeowner about the work.

4. Do you schedule after hours or weekend appointments?
Most certainly- by appointment only for your convenience.

5. Will I need to be home when they start my job?
Of course that depends on the type of project and your personal preference. We are a drug-free work place, fully licensed and insured, and have been servicing homeowners for 30 years.

6. Will I need to sign a contract?
Yes, a properly structured contract will clarify all work to be done and materials to be used. A contract should be bilateral- equally providing for the homeowner and the contractor.

7. Is a deposit required?
Yes, usually just 10%. The balance will either be due upon completion or in scheduled draws as agreed.

8. Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing through American General Finance. You can contact their offices at (863) 644-6604 and speak with Steve Parker or Samer Fidy. You can also visit their website at www.agfinance.com.

9. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

10. What if I should need to cancel my contract?
You have 3 business days from the date you signed to cancel and receive a refund for your deposit. If you cancel after the 3 days, there may be a charge.

11. What are your office hours?
Our hours are 8AM – 5PM, Monday-Friday.

12. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are a licensed building contractor and are insured. Our license number is CBC040686 and a current proof of insurance is available upon request.

13. Do you have a list of references?
Yes, you may view our testimonials page or call the office.

14. Are you required to obtain a building permit?
Yes, although certain construction does not require a permit.

15. What type of warranties do you offer?
We offer a 1-year labor and material warranty. Most of our material comes with their own warranties as well.

16. Do you keep material in-stock to sell for retail?
No, not at this time. All of our material is ordered for your specific job.

17. Do you have a showroom?
No, not at this time. Our sales representatives carry many samples and brochures for your convenience. We are happy to show actual finished work on homes near you.
